About Me

I offer tutoring services (in person in the Providence, RI region, or online) in high school and college Mathematics. (I am also comfortable with Statistics or Programming questions.) Please feel free to inquire at the number or email provided below.

With fifteen years of teaching experience, a focus on clear and comprehensive communication, and producing confident, competent students, I am absolutely certain I can help you in your quest for mathematical expertise.

You may have spotted me (2014 - 2020) as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Providence College.

I was previously (2012 - 2014) an Assistant Professor in Residence in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Connecticut.

I graduated from UConn in 2006 with a B.S. in Pure Mathematics and a minor in Statistics. I received an M.S. in 2008, and a Ph.D. in Pure Mathematics in 2012. My thesis was in the area of wavelet theory and was completed with guidance from my advisor, Dr. Wolodymyr Madych.
